This two story townhome, Harbours 12, is a perfect place to stay for up to 7 beach-loving guests that need to be at the heart of all the action on the sandy shores! Located just slightly north of South Haven’s famous North Beach, in a small residential community that has a private beach and pool, Harbours 12 is the perfect place to be to work on your tan, enjoy life, read a book by the shore or the pool, listen to laughter, play volleyball on the beach, or cruise along the shoreline on a paddleboard. Harbours 12 is just a short 15 minute walk away from the heart of SoHa. It’s less than a 5 minute walk north to Bunde’s Bakery, where you can find exquisite fresh pastries and Starbucks Coffee© and Teavana©. Bunde’s Bakery has coffee cakes, danishes, buns, scones, muffins, quiches and so much more - a perfect place to grab a picnic breakfast.
Outpost Sports, is just slightly over a 5 minute walk north to Dyckman Avenue where they are located just past the corner of North Shore Dr. and Dyckman Ave. Outpost Sports rents out kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles. They also set-up volleyball leagues; for those that may be interested they have volleyball basics classes too. Just east of there, you will find the newly renovated Michigan Naritime Museum and one of the best bars for delicious Perch, and a wild nightlife - Captain Lou’s Boathouse and Grill. Located right on the Black River next to the drawbridge, Capt. Lou’s offers tons of outdoor seating and it’s a great place to watch the boats go by and enjoy life.
After a long day of adventure, or a long day in the sun at the beach, Harbours 12’s has all new beds (as of the start to the 2022 season) that will embrace your body gently, but firmly, and allow you to sleep deeply as the fresh lake breeze caress your skin. The Master Suite will cater to your soul. The open space, large windows, private patio, fresh breeze and all the sunlight will energize the heart and relax your spirit; filling you with positive energy and creating a smile on your face every morning you wake while staying here.
The Twin beds are just as rewarding to those that sleep on them. They will comfort those loved ones and allow the Sandman to visit with ease - especially, after a long day of playing on the beach, exploring the shops of SoHa, or antiquing along the Blue Star Drive at all the cool places like Sunset Junk. Don’t let the name fool you! Sunset Junk “is an eclectic jumble of antiques and funky stuff.” You can find amazing things from the Victorian Age to Retro Design’s of the 1950’s and 60’s, and you will find that there are so many more treasures to explore there.
There are several great Farm Markets and Roadside stands to shop at on the Blue Star Highway, north and south of South Haven. On the weekends SoHa has a great Farmers Market located downtown. The kitchen at Harbours 12, has plenty of counter space and cupboards to store all your delicious snacks, treats and organics. The newly updated appliances will make cooking for the family, or your friends, simple and easy without hassle or fuss. Or, take all the veggies outside and let the Grill Master of your troupe spin their magic! The table on the balcony is a great place to enjoy life, a margarita, a cup of coffee, or a game of cards as you wait for the beauty of the sun setting over the lake to begin.
Harbours 12 is not for those that want to mope and do nothing while on vacation - there is just to much energy within this home for that type of vacationing within this townhouse! Harbours 12 needs laughter, love, jokes and an embarrassing story or two to help keep the energy alive and inspire and to provoke one's love for life!

I really wish owners would fix creaky floors upstairs. We have stayed in this property several times & this has always been an issue. Also, would be nice to have more hooks in bathrooms to hang up wet towels and wet clothes, and hang toiletry bags. Other than that, property is fine
